Easy to install, absolutely worth having. Mass Effect 3 Recalibrated is also pretty great - bug fixes, restored content, etc. EGM is essential - it does a ton, so check out the Nexus Mods page, but some highlights include: adding multiplayer armor to single player, expanding lore, and updating the war assets/galactic readiness system (with levels of challenge to suit your fancy).
